SMS text message program terms
These terms govern your participation in the Cayne's Power Washing SMS program. By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive messages, you agree to the following:
1. Program enrollment
You are enrolled in the Cayne's Power Washing SMS program when you provide your mobile number through our estimate request form, request a quote by phone and ask to receive updates by text, or otherwise give us your mobile number and consent to receive messages. By providing your number you confirm you are the account holder or have authorization to use the number.
2. Message content and frequency
Message types include estimate confirmations, scheduling reminders, follow-ups, and occasional service offers. We typically send no more than 4 messages per month per number. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
3. Opting in
You may opt in by submitting your mobile number on our website or by texting the keyword JOIN to (860) 737-9036. By opting in you agree to these terms and the accompanying privacy policy.
4. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel the service at any time. After opting out you may receive one final confirmation message confirming your cancellation. Reply HELP for support. You may also email info@caynespowerwashing.com to be removed.
5. Carrier support
We support the major United States mobile carriers. If your carrier is not supported or you experience delivery issues, contact us and we will attempt to resolve the problem or remove you from the program.
6. Liability
Cayne's Power Washing is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, carrier errors, or any charges incurred from your mobile provider. The SMS program is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

How we handle your information
This privacy policy explains what information we collect through the SMS program, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect your mobile phone number, name, and any details you provide when requesting an estimate (such as service type and address). We also receive standard delivery and error reports from our messaging provider.
2. How we use your information
Your mobile number is used to send estimate-related text messages and, with your consent, occasional service offers. Your name and estimate details are used to fulfill your request and provide the service you asked for.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with our SMS delivery provider and internal staff necessary to operate the program. We may disclose information when required by law.
4. Data retention
We retain your mobile number and message history for as long as you are enrolled in the program and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time by emailing info@caynespowerwashing.com.
5. Your rights
You can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@caynespowerwashing.com or (860) 970-4551.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information using industry-standard practices. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
