Size of the area
A small ranch and a large two-story colonial are very different jobs. Square footage of siding, driveway length and patio size all change the time and material involved.
Honest, written pricing · Northwest Connecticut
That's the honest starting point for a house wash, driveway, patio or any of our services. Your final price depends on your specific home — and you'll always get it in writing, free, before we schedule anything.
No two homes in Northwest Connecticut are the same. A flat "one price fits all" number would either overcharge simple jobs or undercut the care a bigger job needs. Here's what actually moves the price up or down from the $299 starting point:
A small ranch and a large two-story colonial are very different jobs. Square footage of siding, driveway length and patio size all change the time and material involved.
Taller homes, steep grades, tight side yards and limited water access take more setup and care. Easy, level access keeps a job closer to the starting price.
Light pollen rinses off quickly. Years of green algae, black streaks, moss or oil stains need stronger treatment and more passes to come out right.
Vinyl, wood, brick, stucco, concrete and pavers each need a different method and mix. Delicate surfaces take more prep and protection, which affects the price.
Beds, shrubs and plantings close to the house are wetted down and shielded before and during the wash. More to protect means more prep time.
Bundling gutters, a walkway or a patio with your house wash changes the total — and bundling is also where the biggest savings are.
